With 500 W RMS (AES) power handling and a sensitivity of 97 dB (1W/1m), it is ideal for demanding professional audio installations, touring, and portable sound systems.
The 3-inch (75mm) voice coil features a 2-layer inside/outside winding of 240°C PI CCAW wire on a BAF fiberglass former, ensuring outstanding thermal stability under continuous high-power conditions. Offering a ±8 mm Xmax and 40 mm mechanical peak-to-peak limit, it guarantees precise low-frequency reproduction with minimal distortion.
