Overview
The Celto Acoustique SU218TL is a dual 18-inch transmission line subwoofer system engineered to push the limits of low-frequency reproduction in professional sound reinforcement. Equipped with two custom-designed 18-inch CELTO 18EX1 transducers featuring 4-inch (100 mm) long-throw voice coils and die-cast aluminum chassis, it delivers stable performance under extreme power demands.
With a power handling of 3000 W RMS (12000 W Peak), the system operates across a wide frequency range from 26 Hz to 900 Hz. It achieves an average sensitivity of 104 dB (1W/1m) and a maximum SPL of 139 dB RMS (145 dB Peak), making it suitable for large-scale touring and high-end fixed installations. The enclosure is constructed from marine-grade Baltic birch plywood, heavily braced with tongue-and-groove joints, and finished with a touring-grade rubberized PolyUrea black coating. Featuring genuine Neutrik Speakon NL4MP connectors (two on the rear, one on the front), the SU218TL supports both standard and cardioid array configurations seamlessly.
